Sanjay Dutt Ticks Another Roadblock Off His List
A very humbled and grateful Sanjay Dutt has just revealed some wonderful and heartwarming news to his millions of fans around the world. The actor has won his fight against Stage 3 lung cancer and is in good health.
Taking to social media, the Bollywood star shared a statement, in which he announced that he has recovered from the disease and has 'come out victorious from this battle.'
The Munna Bhai MBBS superstar took to Twitter and said that the last few weeks of his life were full of hardships but God gives the "hardest battles" to his "strongest soldiers".
"The last few weeks were a very difficult time for my family and me. But as they say, God gives the hardest battles to the strongest soldiers. And today, on the occasion of my kid’s birthday, I am happy to come out victorious from this battle and be able to give them the best gift I can- the health and well being of our family."

He also expressed gratitude towards fans and well-wishers.
"This wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering faith and support from all of you. I am eternally grateful to my family, friends, and all the fans who have stood by me and been my source of strength through this trying time. Thank you for the love, kindness, and the countless blessings that you have sent my way."
Earlier, in August, Sanjay Dutt had informed his fans that he would be taking a break from social media due to health concerns.
He is the recipient of several awards, including two Filmfare Awards and three Screen Awards. Sanjay Dutt has acted in 187 films, ranging from romance to comedy genres, over the course of four decades.
The actor has also informed his followers that he is planning to start shooting for his upcoming film in November this year.
