We have grown up listening about the suffering of Palestinians, and lately, people got to know the importance of making their efforts to play a part in raising voice against this suffering. In solidarity, thousands of people gathered together all over the world. As the celebrities have higher reach and following, they were using social media to voice the oppressed; soon, all over the world, a protest started. If Bella Hadid can come out, why not us? After Lahore, Islamabad and Hyderabad rally was held in Karachi yesterday. 


What Was The Motive Of This Protest?

People and the celebrities gathered to show the utmost solidarity for families suffering, injured and forced to leave their houses which they built with their dreams. The inhuman airstrikes are killing hundreds of children under their roof in Gaza. The protests are held to denounce the inhumanity happening in Gaza, and protestors call for an end to this turmoil and raise a voice against Masjid al Aqsa's demolition.

Who Were The Celebrities Taking A Stand In The Protest? 

Fawad khan, along with the whole family, showed up at a protest in Lahore by holding posters that says "Free Palestine "with a flag of Palestine. Mahira Khan, Anoushay Ashraf, Ayesha Omer, Mira Sethi Mansha Pasha and Shehryar Munawar attended the rally held in Karachi and a lot of students and organisations took a stand for Palestine. 

Ayesha Omer posted pictures from the protest saying, "My country, my people, stand with Palestine…." She further wrote about a heartbreaking scenario going in Gaza where innocent people, including children, are being killed in the name of self-defence and how important it is to come out and raise a voice together against this ethnic cleansing.
