Chris Hemsworth to walk the Red Carpet with Manchester Bomb Survivor
Chris Hemsworth invites Martin Hibbert to walk along with him at the Premiere 2021
Famous ‘Extraction’ star Chris Hemsworth has shown a kind gesture towards the survivor of Manchester bombing.
In 2017, an attack at the Manchester Arena in the UK where 22 people claimed their lives, Martin Hibbert got paralyzed as he took his daughter Eve to watch Ariana Grande performance.
While speaking to The Morning show on an Australian TV channel on Thursday, Martin shared that he had met Chris during his treatment in Australia. Moreover, he recalled Chris’s words who told him if he would be walking in 2021, he can join the Red Carpet at the Thor event with him in London.
Martin recalled his meet-up with Chris in Australia, “I told him my aim is to be walking over the next couple of years, and that we should maybe meet up when he is over in London.”
He further added to his interview, “His latest Thor film was due out in 2021, so he said if I'm walking in 2021, we would walk down the red carpet at Thor 4 in London.”
'So that is a big motivation for me to have that - it's something to really hold onto,' said Martin.
Meanwhile, during the Morning Show, Martin got a surprised video message and it was none other than Chris Hemsworth.
The Thor actor said, "Hi Martin, hope you're doing well buddy. Just wanted to say the time that we spent together in Australia was truly inspiring,”
"And I can't wait to see you soon as we walk down the red carpet together," he added.
Due to the pandemic, a Fox Studios Sydney representative clarified: Nothing is being filmed at the moment.”
