The blissful month is almost over, and we have spent it eating endlessly after fasting the day; it's a celebration and a month of happiness for Muslim. We decorate our tables with the most scrumptious food we can, to reward ourselves after obeying God and fasting throughout the day. While most people are good to have everything extraordinary fried and those glasses of sweet juices, it's stressful once the month is over and we get back to our normal routine and realise how much weight we have put on. Moreover, it's common to put on weight due to a drastic change in the diet of eating sugary and oily food.

Once we get back to the routine, things seem to get back to their place itself, but sometimes a little effort is needed in the sleeping routine, cravings and eating cycles to get back to normal. Over Ramadan, we sometimes lose the metabolism. If we open the fast with the oiliest food, we could have to sip sugary drinks with it. If you open your fast with a glass of water and date, it could be avoided; hence if we have not followed that pattern, then the first thing to fix is the metabolism.

The first and foremost thing you could do once Ramadan is over, divide your meals into small portions throughout the day so that the body could digest better with the small portions you are consuming.
Plan To Exercise More
Workout is a must to get ourselves out of the laziness we adapted during Ramazan due to binge eating at iftar and after iftar. Try to work out, even if it's just one-hour brisk walking. It'll eventually help to reshape the body to lose those extra inches.
