Don't quit your exercise

Another lockdown! It's exhausting, stressing and emotional the way pandemic is making our life go back and forth. People are trying so hard to have a normal life, but maybe this is the new normal. The situation just got worse for those who decided to get in shape and started hitting the gym. But stressing will not help but moving will keep you sane. Jumping in the pool or exercising in the gym is also a coping mechanism for a lot of people. Few are lucky to have a treadmill or cycle at home. But if you don't have them, you can still continue your way to fitness with these ways at home that we are approving.

Take Your Crunches Indoors If You're Not Allowed To Go Out :

We don't consider home chores being helpful to make our body move enough as much as we do in the gym. That's really true, cleaning can have some fitness benefits too. It'll keep the body active. Make the most of it when you're mopping, sweeping or cleaning. When you're vacuuming step like you're doing your lunges, cleaning the windows can be a good bicep exercise and side lunges while making the bed. It may sound unusual, but once it's done in a routine, results will be evident.

Balance Your Cores By Making Household Objects As Weights :

When you don't have enough weights to train the body, look around. There are plenty of options. The substitutes are surprising, just like a bag of rice could be lifted like a kettlebell and bottle of water could become the dumbbells, or the most helpful way is to run up and down the stairs.
