Landlord Rejects Uzma Khan’s Claim to be the Legal Occupant of DHA House
According to our sources, the house was rented to Fahad Noor in January
Actress Uzma Khan’s claim to be the legal occupant of the DHA house became baseless when the landlord himself came forward and rejects her claims.
In the press conference on Thursday at Lahore Press Club, Uzma’s legal advisors revealed that the house did not belong to Usman Malik or any member of the Malik’s family. Moreover, her lawyer claimed that his client is the legal occupant of the house in which Malik’s daughters broke in on Wednesday.
The JPNA actress was seen with her sister Huma Khan at the presser accompanied by her legal team which included Mian Ali Ashfaq and Barrister Hassaan Khan Niazi.
Advocate Ali Ashfaq clarified his point which was mislead in the FIR. He said that the house where Uzma Khan was present is not Malik Usman’s property.
According to the Advocate, the sole owner of this house 45-F DHA Phase 6 is Babar Naseem and a legal agreement was signed between Uzma and Babar.
Later, contradictions started when the same legal team said that this house is owned by a third party and Babar took it on rent. As Babar is a close friend of Uzma, he gave it in her possession.
Mr. Advocate promised to share the legal agreement with media personnel but no such document has been shared.
Surprisingly, our sources told that the house is owned by Babar Naseem but was not given to Uzma. It was rented out to one Fahad Noor for monthly rent of Rs. 180,000.
This news was confirmed by Babar’s legal advisor as well that the house was given to Fahad not to Uzma and they did not know whether the tenant is residing there or not.
On behalf of the actress, her lawyer put forwarded few demands, “We should be provided security as we are being harassed by people on telephone, the DIG investigation should be personally involved in the case so that the probe is not biased, and thirdly, we want the persons nominated by us to be arrested immediately.”
