Mahira And Humayun Have A Message For Aspiring Filmmakers
Two of the biggest superstars of the Pakistani entertainment industry have an important message for youngsters and aspiring filmmakers. Mahira Khan and Humayun Saeed have both proven their mettle in the glittering entertainment industry of the country and now they're focused on bringing in new talent to the forefront.
The duo's message is simple. Showcase Pakistan at the National Amateur Short Film competition to win a film-school scholarship. Mahira and Humayun are both keen on new and talented filmmakers to take the baton from the current crop of filmmakers and take the industry in a new and exciting direction.
Providing an opportunity for the young generation to showcase their talent, the National Amateur Short Film Festival (NASFF) has been launched in Pakistan to provide a motivational platform for aspiring filmmakers in the country.
Seeking ingenuity and creativity, the competition hosted under the auspices of ISPR will give locals a chance to showcase the vibrant culture, identity, philanthropy, and colors boasting across the nation, allowing audiences all across the world to view Pakistan in its true essence.
The competition will be accepting original submissions for Fiction, Documentary, Animation, and Experimental Films, in Urdu, English, or regional languages (given that subtitles can be provided in English).
