The Coronavirus continues to infect people, and now Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has also fallen victim to Covid-19.

His mother, Neetu Kapoor, infected with the Coronavirus last year, confirmed that Ranbir Kapoor was infected with the Coronavirus.

"Thank you for your concern and best wishes," Neetu Kapoor wrote in her Instagram post.

 


"Ranbir Kapoor has tested positive for Coronavirus. He is on medication and is recovering", she wrote.

Taking note of all the precautionary measures, the veteran actor wrote, "Ranbir Kapoor is in quarantine at home and is taking all the precautionary measures."

Yesterday, Pink Villa reported that actor Ranbir Kapoor has contracted the virus.

"I think Ranbir Kapoor is not well, but I don't know what happened to him", Randhir Kapoor told Pink Villa.


It may be recalled that Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in several films this year, including Karan Malhotra's action drama 'Shamshera' and Ayan Mukherjee's action fantasy film 'Brahmastra.'

Even before Ranbir Kapoor, several Bollywood personalities were effected with Corona, but they recovered within a month and a half.

Bollywood personalities who have suffered in Corona in the past include megastar Amitabh Bachchan, his son Abhishek Bachchan, daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai, granddaughter Aradhya Bachchan, actress Malaika Arora, Arjun Kapoor, actress Sara Khan, and others.

 All these personalities recovered from COVID in one or one and a half months while Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Neetu Kapoor, and now Kriti Sanon fell victim to Corona.

India is the second-largest country in the world affected by Corona, with more than 11 million victims and more than 157,000 deaths.
