In an unearthed interview, Gomez opened up about her visit to psychological clinic to treat her depression and anxiety.
Selena revealed and said, “My self-esteem was shot,” she says. “I was depressed, anxious. I started to have panic attacks right before getting on stage, or right after leaving the stage.”
"It took almost 90 days for the complete treatment of depression and anxiety," claimed Selena.
During quarantine, the Same old love singer is spending her spare time in reading books.
Recently, she turned to her Instagram and posted a story and captioning it as, “Starting this.”
The Come & get me singer admired and praised the author cum psychologist Marsha M Linehan, she added “This is someone I look up to so much. She created something that has truly changed my life and has allowed me to live a healthier, better life.”
Selena,27, gives credit to Marsha completely for changing her life. She said, “Thank you, Marsha.”
The singer also expressed her curiosity to read the book before signing off and said, “Can’t wait to read this.”
