DIY-face bleaching to get healthy glowing skin
Yogurt mask is best for getting a cool and calm effect. It has lactic acid that helps in enlighten your skin. To form a mask, take a tablespoon of yogurt and add a pinch of turmeric to it. Mix well and form a paste. Apply 15 minutes daily prior washing the face. Follow religiously to get a glowing skin.
Lemon as a toner
Sensitive skin ones, don’t read this remedy and move to the next. Lemon contains vitamin C that inhibits melanin formation and has a depigmenting effect. The secret is to dilute one tablespoon lemon juice with water. Apply as a toner and wash after 10-15 minutes.
Milk with honey paste
This simple paste consists of one teaspoon of honey in a tablespoon of raw milk. Mix and spread it on your face using a cotton ball. Let it be there for 15 minutes and then rinse.
Gram-flour and rose water (besan)
Gram-flour is a commonly used ingredient for its beauty benefits. It is used as an exfoliating and cleansing agent that can bring brightness to a dull skin. Gram flour and rose water can be mixed together to form a paste. Let it dry and wash. You can use this remedy thrice a week.
Turmeric and milk cream
Use of turmeric can reduce dark spots, pigmentation and uneven skin tone. Turmeric when mixed with milk cream can give you bright and glowing skin.
