Popular B-town actress Sonakshi Sinha celebrates her 33rd birthday with family at home due to the lock down restrictions.

Sonakshi who is the daughter of Poonam and Shatrughan Sinha debuted from the Dabangg franchise opposite to Salman Khan. She gained popularity from her iconic dialogue, ‘Thappar se dar nahin lagta sahib.. pyar se lgta ha.’

The actress shares her heart as she never imagined celebrating her birthday at home but she didn’t mind it much. Letting it go, the Akira star opened about believing in small celebrations with a close circle only. This year, she was happy as she spent her day with her loved ones only at home.

The Mission Mangal actress revealed that she has made a tradition of making a travel plan on her birthday every year. Last year, she had birthday celebrations at Lonavala.

But this year all her plans were spoiled due to the confinement. She shared how this birthday was made special this time, as her mother cooks kadi and rice especially for her. Also, the cakes which were sent made her birthday special and obviously diet-free.

Keeping in mind the confinement, Sonakshi promised herself to do everything which is in her capacity for the needy and underprivileged. Earlier, she also donated PPE kits to the front liners working in Mumbai.

On the work front, Sonakshi will be seen in an upcoming project of Bhushan Kumar 'Bhuj: The Pride Of India', its directions are given by Abhishek Dudhaiya while co-stars include Ajay Devgan, Nora Fatehi and Sanjay Dutt.
