Do Satisfy Your Craving – If you have been craving for a dessert than make the cheat meal sugary and creamy without any guilty. Just listen to what you want to eat and go at it.
Do Keep It To Just One Meal – All because you are having a cheat meal does not mean you have to indulge in it throughout the day. Moderation is key for a healthy lifestyle.
Don’t Be Guilty – Cheat meals as the name suggest are meals to help you break free from your dieting pattern for a day. So, don’t be consumed by guilty and just eat away.
