Here Are Some Tips To Remain Acne-Free
Acne is an unfortunate skin condition that occurs when a person's hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells. It often causes whiteheads, blackheads or pimples, and usually appears on the face, forehead, chest, upper back, and shoulders.
Ever have one of those feelings that an important event is coming up and your face would welcome an uninvited pimple? Most people dread having acne right before Eid, weddings, birthdays, or other important events.
Effective treatments are available and one should always consult a dermatologist. However, acne can be a nuisance and can persist. For the purpose, we take a look at some tips that might help reduce acne and make you acne-free.
1. Prevention from stress and pollution:
Nothing can replace a piece of doctor's advice. Any doctor can say that he has seen many cases of recovery by improving one's lifestyle. Stress, anxiety, depression, air pollution all combine together to make one unhealthy, physically, and mentally. While stress alone isn't the cause of acne pimples — age, hormones, acne-producing bacteria, and other factors are at play — it's evident that stress can trigger breakouts and make existing acne issues worse. Lead a simple and positive life.
2. Timely and healthy diet:
Any doctor and nutritionist would tell you how important a healthy diet is for all your health issues. We should all learn to eat in a timely manner so as to allow the food to digest properly.
3. One teaspoon chickpea flour, a bit of turmeric, honey, and Aloe vera:
Mix them and apply as a face mask. Afterward, wash your face with cool water and apply ice cube for 20 seconds. It will help a lot.
4. Egg white:
Whisk 3 egg whites for three to four minutes and apply it on your face with your fingertips. Once it dries, apply it again and repeat the process for three to four times. Leave it on your face for 20 minutes then wash it slowly with the normal water (neither hot nor cool) and apply your skin moisturizer.
Apart from the aforementioned tips, add garlic and cucumber to your daily diet. They are both very important.
