Rich Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Avocado ( ½ sliced)
  • Mango (1 cup, chopped)
  • Pineapple (1 cup, chopped)
  • Spinach (2 cups)
  • Coconut Water ( ½ cup)
  • Bananas (2 frozen)

Blend all the ingredients together.

Blush Pink Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Water (2 cups)
  • Flax seeds (1 tbsp)
  • Bananas (2)
  • Raspberries (2 cups frozen)
  • Dates (6)

Add all the ingredients in the mixer and blend till smooth and runny.

Baby Face Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Sweet potato (1 cup, peeled)
  • Orange (1, peeled)
  • Flax seeds (1 tbsp)
  • Pineapple ( ½ cup)
  • Water (1 cup)
  • Ice (1 cup)

Blend till smooth.

Plum Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Beetroots ( ½ cup, chopped)
  • Orange  (1, peeled)
  • Ginger (½ inch, peeled)
  • Lemon (½ juiced)
  • Plums (2, pitted)
  • Water (1 cup)
  • Ice (1 cup)
  • Chia seeds (1 tbsp)

Add ingredients in a blender and blend well.
