It was basically the idea of two fitness freaks, Torsam and Nusrat coming together to form this whole idea. The challenge itself open arms to help, not just the people fighting with obesity but anyone, from old to young or even when you don't want to drop any weight but just aim to stay healthy, you are welcome here to get toned.

The plan of the 42-day challenge is to motivate every individual; there is a team of trainers, including Torsam and Nusrat telling you the right ways to exercise for 40 minutes every day. Every person next to one another is motivating to do more. The session itself is an entire community having one goal that is to stay fit.

If you're from Karachi, you would be aware of what Moin Khan Academy is. It's a whole cricket stadium that becomes the centre of this session every day. It's huge and contributes to community spirit. Each session is of 40 minutes, where everyone gathers on their own yoga mats with exercise gears and manage to get equal attention.

42 days challenge is a huge concept with more than 250 participants, but Nushrat and Torsam get on stage, gives an outline of the whole workout, demonstrate and start the reps. They also get down to focus on every individual keeping an eye on everyone's moves. They are professionals at what they do and manage the whole crowd in working out in the right form.
