Who Is The 'PAWRI GIRL' Who Became Famous From A Five-Second Video?
On February 6, a mere 5-second video of a YouTuber and Vlogger went viral on social media.
Peshawar-Islamabad-based YouTuber and Vlogger Dananeer shared a 5-second video during a northern Pakistan tour that became very popular.
The video is highly praised for speaking Urdu in an English accent and was recreated by showbiz personalities, politicians, young students, and ordinary people.
Although parody videos have been made on Dananeer's short video, most people do not know the girl who made the video.
The girl is now being called 'PAWRI' Girl (Party Girl).
Her real name is Dananeer, which is a Pashtun name, but she has made it clear on her Instagram that it is difficult to pronounce her real name, so she can also be called 'Geena'.
Geena, known as Dananeer on Instagram and YouTube, infers that she is Pashtun, and her hometown is Peshawar, but she lives in Islamabad.
She has mentioned both Peshawar and Islamabad (as her hometown) in her Instagram biography.
She has more than 33,000 subscribers on YouTube, where she has been sharing videos and Vlogs about the tourist destination, but she has also shared some videos on make-up and beauty tips.
She has only 8 videos on YouTube, and the first video was uploaded a year ago.
She has also been active on Instagram for the past two years.
Most of the videos shared on Instagram by Geena, aka Dananeer, are of English songs. However, she is also seen performing songs in Urdu, Hindi, Pashto, and Punjabi.
