Johnny Depp is one of the most decorated and legendary actors in Hollywood. The actor has mesmerized the audience with multiple characters that can only be played by Johnny Depp himself. Over the years, he has made a concrete name for himself among Hollywood's elite.

However, Johnny Depp's private life remains a subject of concern. The actor has been embroiled in a long and brutal battle with his ex-wife Amber Heard, over allegations of domestic violence.

Depp's ex-partners, Winona Ryder and Vanessa Paradis say that allegations labeled against the Pirates of the Caribbean star are completely false. They said that he was never abusive or violent towards them and that allegations he is a “wife-beater” were “impossible to believe”

This came after both of his ex-partners were summoned to court to give testimonies via online video.

Johnny Depp once enjoyed a wonderful relationship with Winona Ryder. He was so much in love with his ex-partner at one point that he tattooed, "Winona Forever" on his right arm.

Winona Ryder, while giving her testimony, said:

"I truly and honestly only know him as a really good man."

She continued:

"I understand that it is very important that I speak from my own experience, as I obviously was not there during his marriage to Amber, but, from my experience, which was so wildly different, I was absolutely shocked, confused and upset when I heard the accusations against him."

Winona Ryder added:

"The idea that he is an incredibly violent person is the farthest thing from the Johnny I knew and loved."

"I cannot wrap my head around these accusations. He was never, never violent towards me. He was never, never abusive at all towards me. He has never been violent or abusive towards anybody I have seen."

"I truly and honestly only know him as a really good man - an incredibly loving, extremely caring guy who was so very protective of me and the people that he loves, and I felt so very, very safe with him."

"I do not want to call anyone a liar but from my experience of Johnny, it is impossible to believe that such horrific allegations are true. I find it extremely upsetting, knowing him as I do."

Winona Ryder's statement would come as welcome respite for Johhny Depp as he continues to exonerate his name that has been dragged through the mud by Amber Heard.
