Zara Shiekh To Make Her Television Debut

Tere Pyaar Main star Zara Shiekh has been in news and on screen on and off. Her performances have been handful but very performance has left some in the hearts of her fans and gotten appreciation from the critics and public alike. With a song she did for a local brand and the film Tere Pyaar Mein, Zara won hearts of many a people and made her mark in the Pakistani Media Industry despite her sparse performances.
Zara was also seen in an item number in Hareem Farooq starrer Heer MaanJa in 2019. With the right moves and film charisma Zara Shiekh elevated song “Addi Maar” to an absolute treat for her fans. Apart from that Zara has done little to appear on the screen and perhaps was waiting for the right kind of project. According to her, that project is here!
The latest news might come as a pleasant surprise to all her fans because Zara Shiekh has decided to make a come back but this time not in movies but Television. Yes, you read that right; Zara Shiekh is ready to make her Television debut in the coming year with the upcoming drama Raqs e Bismil.
When asked by a local publication about this decision and her role in the drama serial Raqs e Bismil Zara said, “People have always asked me why I have never done a TV show before and my answer has always been the same: I just want to do a character that is exciting and gives me a good margin of performance. The character is really exciting. The show has a very good team of co-actors and also behind the screens. It is a Hum TV project. I am really looking forward to being a part of it.”
Zara also spoke about how she has been offered television shows and dramas in the past but nothing ever excited her as an actress, she really was looking for something to sink her teeth into and prove her mettle as a powerful actress that she is. She told the publication that this show has come at the right time for her. She is willing to invest her time and energy into sculpting a great visual experience for her followers and fans.
