Zindagi Tamasha Won The International Award For Best Film

Director Sarmad Khoosat's film 'Zindagi Tamasha' won the Best Film and the Best Actor at the Asian World Film Festival.
The Asian World Film Festival's virtual event took place on March 15, showing 40 films from 20 countries. The movie Zindagi Tamasha won the Snow Leopard Award for the Best Film during the festival, and lead actor Arif Hassan has received the Best Actor award.
Arif Hassan expressed happiness over the fact that his film is gaining international acclaim. Sarmad Khoosat was also pleased on this occasion. He said that receiving two awards for my film during the festival has given my team and me a lot of encouragement.

Sarmad Khoosat, referring to the film's difficulties, said that the film could not be shown in my country due to the ban, but the search for new audiences for his film made me believe in the power of cinema.
Earlier, the film Zindagi Tamasha had also won an award at the Busan International Film Festival.
While it was also nominated for an Oscar by Pakistan, the film later dropped out of the Oscar.
